bloom coming of Lankinen
Maybe game tape is making it's way around the league. Maybe it was TB but it seems like the shine is coming off Lankinen's rose. Maybe Subban starts to steal some starts but is he really the answer? I mean someone has to play goal there. Standard goalie stats: W, Saves and GAA...go with Subban or take a spec pick up on Stalock? Thanks in advance.

I will make this simple.
Players may be getting a book on Lankinen, but the book on Subban is that he's not good. Subban is barely a NHL caliber goalie, if that.
The guys who've played goalie in the NHL this year who I think Subban is more talented than is a null set. Can he get saves if he gets starts? Sure. But he's clearly at best the third best goalie on Chicago.
Give me Stalock, or literally anyone else for spot starts.

Lankinen played a good game vs Tampa a few nights ago. Today Chicago couldn’t stay out of the penalty box so you can’t fully blame Lankinen for that against the defending champions.
Fantrax: 7 keepers - Goals, Assists, PPP, Hits, Blocks, Shots, +/-, PM, Wins, Shutouts.
Forwards: McDavid, Guentzel, A. Svechnikov, B Tkachuk
Defense: Hamilton, Carlson, Chychrun
Goalies: Swayman

Check out Lankinen's stats this season...then check out his stats in games only against Detroit...then check out his stats in games against every other team.
Then make a decision on what Lankinen is really worth.
With that said, if your options are Lankinen, Subban or Stalock...then you should stick with Lankinen.
