I am not contending, and Batherson doesn't need to be included on my 12-players protection list because he will be under 150games played at the end of the season.

So I got this offer: my Batherson vs his Dubois.

As of now my intention is to refuse.

I'd say odds are high Batherson wins points only. He's getting no competition for top spot and pp time in Ottawa.

Dubois is 2nd or 3rd line c in Winnipeg and is never overtaking scheifele for #1
