Kubalik/Burakovsky for Bjorkstrand/Kuznetsov

I may be able to move Kubalik (3.7) + Burakovsky (4.9) for Kuznetsov (7.8) + Bjorkstrand (5.4)


For the league in my signature, which side do you prefer? Who is the best player?

I think long term I prefer the Kubalik/Burakovsky side. Kuzy as a fantasy option doesn’t do much for me whereas Kubalik is killing it basically running his own line and power play in Chicago playing with absolutely nobody. Imagine when he gets actual support. Still lots of potential with Bura too in a nice situation.

The whole appeal of Kuzy is getting to play alongside Ovi which A) he doesn’t always do and B) only has a few more years to do so before Ovi calls it quits. I don’t know how much value he has at that point.

Bjorkstrand up has seemed like a great option for the last year or two but now all of a sudden he’s getting reduced minutes in the third line? The dude is talented but his situation now isn’t great, and I can’t see it getting any better if Laine re-signs and Bjork gets stuck in the middle 6.
