    Default Yamamoto or...?

Would you rather have Yamamoto, Bean, Harley, Merkley, Perunovich, or Soderstrom in a points only long term?

    Yamamoto.

All those D prospect have great upside potential. But I like the idea of Yamamota developing his game alongside McDavid or Draisaitl.

My concern is his lack of PP time. In my league, PP is very important. Playing with those stars is great 5 on 5, but PP is what matters most to me. Do you see him getting his chance in the near future?

Yamamoto needs to surpass Nuge to get pp1 time, which could very well happen this offseason if EDM can't afford to keep Nuge. On the other hand looking at those D prospects with pp time in mind:

Bean - Behind Hamilton and possibly Slavin/Pesce as well. Similar situation to Yam where Bean could see a big jump if Hamilton leaves, but imo Canes will do whatever they can to keep Hamilton and its less likely he leaves the Canes than Nuge the Oilers.

Harley - Behind Heiskanen and Klingberg.

Merkley - Behind Burns and Karlsson. Plus is likely the farthest away.

Perunovich - Behind Krug, Faulk and Parayko.

Soderstrom - Best chance of getting pp1 reigns in the next couple years.

As such my ranking would be Yam > Soderstrom > Bean >> The rest

I take Yamamoto over all the names you've mentioned. PP time will come eventually.
    Without me, it's only "aweso".

Another option I have is moving him for Zadina. I’ve got a soft spot for Zadina. I want to do it, but should I?

I think Yamamoto offers better production in the immediate future. Long term Zadina should be the better player though. I loved watching him in junior the one season we had him in Halifax. He's something special
