It's a keeper (6) - I think neither WNylander nor the players I'm willing to trade are keeper material (for my team) so I posted in 1 year league

Currently in 1st
Guy in 2nd is shopping WNylander
Normally, it's not a good idea to trade with a direct rival... But if I pull a 1 for 1 deal and I come up winner of the trade, it will be a double hit...

He wants a 1 for 1 deal.
A hit here could secure my 1st place.
A miss here could be devastating...
The goal is to make him think he gets the better of the deal while I do

I was thinking to let him chose a player from a list that I submit him.
Here are the players I could see potentially closing a deal:

Forsberg
Meier
WKarlsson
Drouin
Kuznetsov
Bertuzzi
Roslovic

Wich players I should remove from the list?
Wich players I should leave on the list?

Or do I just pass my way on this trade opportunity because it's too risky to trade with a direct rival?...

I think you would win with most of those...Meier is one that could come back to bite you if he gets going because he provides a lot more category coverage.

I dont see anyone that would be a clear loss for you, but I also dont imagine Bertuzzi, Drouin or Roslovic would get the deal done anyways. Forsberg, Kuznetsov and Karlsson are the 3 that might get it done. I dont think it would be that huge of a win but you never know.

I would trade Forsberg for WNylander. It's close enough that I'd gamble on Willy Styles to come out ahead. Nashville isn't that great offensively while Toronto is playing in the deadly Scotia North division, where defense is non-existent LOL!

I agree with Axeman I would accept an offer that gets my Nylander for Forsberg.
