Trading for Eichel - dynasty

Howdy folks,

Eichel on the block in my dynasty league... I've had my eyes on acquiring him for a while...

I am competing this year, and in position to make the playoffs, but if I'm being realistic, I don't have a shot at winning - team is young and prob a year or two away from being a serious force.


How much should I be offering?

GM already made it clear he'd want alot - actually said 4 blue chip prospects - some names he's floated are:

McMichael, Kaliyev, Tomasino, Holloway... and NHLers Svechnikov, Point, Glass, Fox...

What would you be willing to package from that group for Eichel?

We start 4 at each forward position

I wouldn't deal Svechnikov. I'd probably try to keep Fox.

Point is a step below Eichel, and the same position, so he'd be a solid core piece to move for the upgrade. Pick a couple of the prospects you want to keep, and give them a choice of two of the rest.

Eichel is overrated. Outside of his year last year I haven’t seen enough to justify losing Svech. Svech will surpass Eichel as early as next year on a much better team. Svech > Eichel

I like this plan, don’t trade svech and if you do, definitely don’t add anything on top
