This is obviously an unprecedented situation, but there is an opportunity. With his return date completely unknown, leagues where Panarin owners are fighting for a playoff spot might mean that managers essentially have to sell him in order to give themselves a chance.
I know it is impossible to know for sure, but how long does everyone think he will be out for, and do you think it's worth it to try to buy-low at the moment?
I'd definitely make an offer in a yearly league where I was near the top or with a good team. If you're overly deep at a certain position then send an offer from there.
But you're right that it's unprecedented and we really have no idea when he'll be back.
