No love for Hughes around these parts, must be Van being a tire fire this year. Hughes might be the best offensive defence man for the next decade, and doesn’t have competition like Makar with Byram eventually.

My ranking has nothing to do with Vancouver sucking ass this year. I just don't like Hughes in a multicat league like this. All you have to do is look at his overall numbers past his points to understand. The guys I ranked aren't far off offensively from Hughes but offer much stronger peripherals, which pushes Hughes down my list.
