Hayton+ or Glass+ for Konecny

I have a chance to get Konecny for the Second round pick (12 teams, keep 12, so actually pick no. 165. - 168.) + renting prospect slot for rest of the sason + season 2021 - 2022 (we have some extra rules for extra fun).

This means, I have to drop one of my prospects, either Glass or Hayton. I think it is worth it, Konecny already is what I hope Glass/Hayton could become.
Konecny would also become one of my best players and a clear keeper. I really lack top wingers. I will be keeping 5 wingers most likely. And only keep worthy wingers on my team are Olofsson, Bjorkstrand, Kreider, Palmieri, Necas and maybe Bertuzzi. Konecny seems like a huge upgrade.

Assuming it is a good idea, who should I let go? I think Hayton might become a better player than Glass. But his development could take much longer and I also don't like how ARI is treating him. Opportunity for Glass simply seems better.
I can keep Glass for one more season as a prospect. Hayton probably for 2 seasons, if he does not play a full season next year.

Yes, I would drop Hayton and trade a 2nd round pick for Konecny.

If you can only keep Hayton for two more seasons, I don't see him being a productive NHLer in 2 years times.

Glass... I could see him to start being productive NHLer next season.
