i dont believe its a huge upgrade with svech and rant. svech provides nice periphs but i still think at best rantenen and svech are so close in value it comes back down to mack for eichel.

My team is really struggling this year and in a keep 8 I have been impacted by poor performance from pretty much every one of my players. Another manager in my league offered me Eichel for MacKinnon (this way I would not have 3 of my best players on 1 team). I told him no and that Mackinnon is a Tier above Eichel (and not liking what is happening in Buffalo at the moment). I told him I would need more, and as he also has Tkachuck and Svechnikov I would need him to also include one of these players to improve my keepers.
Would you offer MacKinnon and Rantanen for Eichel and Svechnikov.

I believe you are correct in your statement that MacKinnon is a tier above Eichel. Considering Eichel's situation in Buffalo isn't ideal, and with the rumors of him wanting out, its very sketchy.
I honestly would even have a hard time doing MacKinnon for Eichel and Svechnikov, let alone you including Ranta.
You have lots of youth and potential keepers. MacKinnon, Rantanen, Makar, Dahlin, Kaprizov, Hellebuyck, Provorov... and then maybe Larkin and/or Kakko... that isn't a bad haul in a keep 8 league.
If you want to look to upgrade the back-end of your keepers, I would look at a 2 for 1 of the players like Provorov / Larkin / Rantanen for a player like Svech or Tkachuck.
Me personally, I would hold to MacKinnon as he is the best player out of everyone listed, and you can't go wrong having the best player.

I would want Mac And Rant side by a big margin for me. To me you giving best 2 players on same side of that trade. Mac>>Jack Rant>=Svech close but edge to Rant for me

Thanks all - have countered with Rantanen and Provorov for Eichel and Chiarot. I will not be keeping Provorov next year and with Eichel is better with SOG's (other categories are fairly close to Rakuten). Fox was just dropped so would be able to add him as a FA as have teh #1 WW pick. Key is to improve my top 8 keepers and would rather have Eichel in the long run.

Hope it works. I'd definitely consider Eichel a bit of a buy low right now.
