I'd go with Kaprizov. Lafraniere hasn't done much (great long term) and with Panarin out I think the NYR will be easier to shut down.

Laf is up on the top line with Panarin out, but I still say Kaprizov until proven otherwise.

Kaprizov would be an easy choice for me
12 teams. Keep 9 any position.
7 prospects. D scoring 3.75 for goal, 2.75 for assist. Forwards 3.5 for goal, 2.5 for assist. 0.5 for hits and blocks. Goalie scoring -1.5 GA, 0.3 for save, 2 points for win and extra 2 for shutout.

I'd have a hard time sitting Kaprizov even if Lafreniere is getting a bigger role tonight. On a 70 point 82 game pace and 4 points in his last two.

Depending on your goalie situation/requirements I would consider Elliott, otherwise Kaprizov.
You're correct that getting some goalie points can swing your week instantly.
