I would also go with E Kane and Provorov.
It is unclear what role Perron will have when Tarasenko comes back. And Provorov is much better than Faulk, who got on a tear to start the season but has since come back to earth.

Is this one year or keeper?
Regardless I still take Kane/Provorov, but in a keeper it's a home run.
