Trade Stone, Dumba for Tavares, Connor ?

I just got an offer out of the blue from desperate GM (last place of 12teams 1year league head to head):

He is offering me Tavares (C) and Connor (LW) for my Stone (RW) and Dumba (D).

I am checking all four players (and their teams) stats and I really dont know what to do. Please advice.

From actual stats I gain Goals, Assists, PPP, shots, I loose some +-, PIM, hits, blocks.
Ofcourse I had to find an another Defencer and/or upgrade the Defence, so the hits, blocks will come up little.

I see Stone is not performing these days, but he is underperforming in general, so I think he would bounce back. But Tavares is underperforming aswell. Do Marchessault will be paired with Stone and Paccioretty in future? Will the Minessota play good after Covid ?
