In a deep league are either one worth rostering for the remainder of the season?
12 team keeper league - count top 4C, 4LW, 4RW, 6D, 2G - points only, goalies (W +1, SO +2, SV +0.1, GA -1). Keep 8 + 1 Goalie.

I think I would keep Demko of the two. And Depending on the league and the other goalies you roster whether I even keep him right now.

Demko is worth rostering in many leagues. Quick is a guy you want for a streaming spot start when he's announced, and you need the help, and don't care about potential hindrance.
