Verhaeghe should have some trade value at that price, but he's found gold for you right now. I realize you have a shallow league, but that's dirt cheap salary, and what should also be a cheap keeper cost. Couture/O'Reilly may be ranked higher, but they aren't 5 times more valuable, let alone 7.5 times.

There is no way I cut him, as he will get snapped up by a savvy manager.

Droppin 2 for 2 makes some sense. I would also not go right up to the cap limit.
