Oh ya, I knew it was a joke. But ya that's why it's free. If a coach signs another deal, it'll void their deal with the team that fired them.

Not always, sometimes there's an offset clause... but in this case I think there isn't.
He's terrible on TV in my opinion. He needs to coach.

I mentioned people who want to be a coach still in the league shouldn't go on TV. You can't be impartial while on TV and be good at your job, and you can't have a coaching future if you're critical of players for TV. Especially with Babcock's past.
