Kudos to you for being in such an unique league set-up! Always love seeing creative pool formats.

With your scoring, I think you'll always want to lean towards a) teams that will win often, and then b) goalies who will start a lot. I'd almost disregard 'saves' altogether with this set-up.

So I understand why you're considering it: one A+ and one B goalie for a pair of A- goalies. In a one-year format, I might take this deal.

Vas will win a lot and play a lot, Binnington should also win a lot (maybe a bit less) and play a lot. So 1-for-1 the edge goes to Vas here.

With Vanecek, he'll likely time-share (once Samsonov returns) and WSH will win "sometimes". With Fleury, he'll likely time-share too but VGK should win "often". So the (slight) edge goes to Fleury for me.

With the straight-up evaluation so close, I think you have to then consider the "future" here. (Though I'm not sure if you're a keeper league or not - and if not, then this part would be irrelevant).

The edge for Fleury over Vanecek is team-dependent, and there's certainly no confidence that he'll remain with VGK past this year. So that little bit of "value" that might swing this your way, goes out the window if MAF ever leaves/retires/is traded.

Now your A+ and B tandem are being traded for an A- and a range of C, B, A-. You likely won't come out ahead (as of next year) but you can certainly be behind.

Bit of a convoluted way of just saying "keep Vasilevskiy" in any sort of keeper format - but hopefully that context helps explain why I land on that side in this deal if there's any keeper element to it.

Streamer heavily dependedn on who has a start next, probably Miller. Brossoit has been legitimately good this year. McElhinney is on Tampa and has also been good.

But Bernier should get the most starts and the most wins out of this group if he gets every other start. Brossoit only starts once every couple of weeks. Gibson is injury prone so Miller could get more opportunity. And McElhinney is sort of a handcuff for Vasilevskiy.

I doubt Bernier gets a 50% split. After tonight's game starts are: Bernier 6, Greiss 12. So it's a third of them. Give me a guy who is a equivalent or better goalie on a better or equivalent team.

Brossoit & Georgiev only need one guy to go down to be the starter, but Swayman has the 2 guys clearly ahead out right now, but he has competition.

Kinkaid & Johansson aren't guys who will get lots of starts unless desperation sets in. Ottawa is an avoid. Koskinen vs Stalock is iffy.

Give me Brossoit by a hari over Georgiev, due to what I think will be more back-to-backs down the stretch, plus rest opportunities once Winnipeg has clinched.
