McDavid or Matthews in my league ?

First off I have been trying to move Hall & Malkin without success.

In the meantime I have shopped McDavid to test the water.

Best offer was Marner, Connor, Point for McDavid and my 2 drops (already discussed in forum)

The Matthews owner offered Matthews straight up. He also has Kucherov and assorted Canucks (Pettersson, Hughes, Miller ).

Would a McDavid, Hall for Matthews, Kucherov be worth pursuing ?

If he does that, then even accepting the 3 for 1 doesn’t look that great.

And would become

Kucherov, Matthews, Panarin, Vasilevskiy, Marchand, Malkin

If you can get that I think I like that deal. Kucherov's injury gives me pause, but if you are confident in him coming back, I think that upgrades your keeper group as you are adding an elite player in kucherov at a shallower posiiton and still getting an elite centre. It's close, and I am admittedly not a big fan of Hall, but I kind of like the Kuch side to be honest.

He would like McDavid (everybody does) or possibly Panarin for Stamkos, Rielly . So it’s a no go

I can’t see mcdavid hitting 100 points this year, but he is the best player in hockey and in a limited keeper I wouldn’t trade him. Those deals are tempting but just keep him and enjoy his production for years. Your keepers are still very good as is
