I'm not surprised either but when you have one guy playing so well, at least offensively, the least you can HOPE for is he gets 2nd line minutes and 2nd PP duties.

This is a player on a hot streak if I've ever seen one.
All his underlying numbers are unsustainably high.
I'm an owner so I'd like it to continue. But I feel like I've been doing fantasy hockey for long enough to know this will drop off soon.
A guy you expect to drop off who just keeps getting 2 points every game....

Unsustainable Underlying Numbers, yes you're observation is correct. That said, let's also no lose sight of the fact that he's been a top 10 (inside top 5) Prospect for the past 2 years just waiting for his opportunity to explode. Will he cool off? Form 2pts/game? For sure. But I'm hanging on and playing him during this hot spell and continuing to incase he settles into a quality consistent pace.

Yep exactly. A lot of the time you see this last a season and then come back down to earth next year.

Maybe these hot streaks by guys like Kyrou, JVR, Kopi, Pavelski and others, won't come crashing to a halt. The difference this year from others is that this is the CFL this year. You are playing the same teams 9 and 10 times a year. As much teams can scout you and try to mitigate the damage, some teams just aren't good enough to stop the bleeding. The Blues get to play LA, Zona and SJ and they are not very good teams, at least right now. So maybe just maybe these hot streaks can continue. Not saying they are going to continue getting 1.9-2 ppg, but 1.5 ppg? Maybe.

The team is also more and more riddled with injuries so better deployment but worse surrounding depth for the moment

With even more Blues out with injury, Kyrou has seen more ice time, but has cooled off in the last few games. He's also not getting powerplay time.

With Tarasenko potentially coming back into the lineup soon, how much does this hurt Kyrou?
