Makar value in a Ltd keeper

Before I check in on the availability of Makar, I’m pretty sure the OGM would like a forward of keeper quality involved. I’m not sure on gauging the value of forwards vs dmen. What would be somewhat comparable, Hall ? Malkin ?

As a Makar owner I would be looking for more as I would not be looking to move him. Makar is a young and a premium player on D, So Malkin is likely not someone who will do it. Where does he need help? Does he have depth at D or is Makar his best player?
Float out Hall or Malkin and see how the other manager responds...

If you could land him for Hall or Malkin you should start working on your celebratory back flips.
Makar is like MC Hammer in his prime, You Can't Touch This. He is just a very rare commodity. High end in points only, not at all a liability in multicat, on a high end team, and still improving.
Malkin has age+injury history working against him and Hall has injury+consistency issues working against him.
Looking at your keepers and overall roster I can't see you doing a 2 for 1, and 1 for 1 it might take a Panarin at least.
Not looking to burst your bubble but I think he'll cost you something in the youthful elite tier and if you get him for less than that I'll send out a big ol virtual high-5

Makar has a higher value than Malkin or Hall.
He's potentially the best defenseman to own for a limited keeper.
There are maybe 10 players I'd trade him for. Maybe.
