Yes I'm the Panarin owner and this a pick for next year that will be around the 10th rank. I think I should be able to draft Rossi or Raymond with that pick

You shouldnt have to add to Panarin to deal him and if you are, you best be getting some big fish back. Tarasenko has limited value right now.
Panarin should be getting you Dahlin + another high end piece without having to add on your end.
