Question Kakko or Bjorkstrand? (will rep!)

2 points per goal, 2 points per assist, 0.5 per plus/minus, and 0.25 per PIM (I know, the scoring settings are dumb). Roster in sig (team 2). Players that are a consistent minus can get negative points.

Who do you like better, Bjorkstrand or Kakko?

I'm not too fussed about position eligibility, though dual position eligibility is useful.

Or, the following guys are also available that interest me:

    - Thornton
    - Trochek
    - D. Strome
    - J. Anderson
    - Hischier
    - Skinner
    - Gusev
    - Duclair
    - Schmaltz
    - Garland
    - Kahun
    - T. Thompson
    - E. Gustafsson (D)

Who would you take? Thanks in advance! I'll gladly rep all responses.

Do you get to keep the player at season's end? I would roll with Bjorkstrand and the Anderson PIM is intriguing I would say. Kaakko is really good but I might take Bjork over him for this year.

He's a stream for Hoffman, but who knows who I'll end up keeping for the season. I already dropped Hyman to get Marchand in my lineup, Thomas is a question mark, etc. Once Pastrnak returns I'll have to drop somebody. I'm in the process of trying to consolidate players.

Hoffman was only a work visa issue, not an injury or covid. He is supposed to play tomorroow.

Yeah - I just want to stash him in IR and hold an extra guy on my roster for a bit to wait and see who I really want to drop. I have a feeling one of Bjorkstrand or Kakko could potentially outplay Thomas or Nelson or Rust to start the season, in our scoring format.

Surprised that's allowed. Most leagues have rules that prohibit keeping guys on IR who are back playing.

Do you use Yahoo? Hoffman is still DTD and eligible for IR+ on Yahoo. Once IR/IR+/NA players' status changes such that they're no longer eligible for those slots, you can still leave them there until you try to make another roster move. I think all Yahoo leagues work this way.

Yes I know it will let you, but the leagues I'm in do not allow you to leave a player there. If a player comes back to play and is on IR/IR+/NA the GM must remove him from IR after he has played. If he doesn't the commish removes him for you and chooses your drop for you as well.

I like Bjork over Kakko for this year. I like D. Strome over both of them.
