Gustafsson's first hour (!) notwithstanding, I'd keep my eye on boxscores for the Bruins game and if Grz is on PP1, I'd pick him over Gustafsson.
Pretty much the title, would he be rosterable over say, Kevin Shattenkirk? There's also players like matt grzelcyk available on the wire. Team and cats in sig.
Same with options like Keith, Suter, Spurgeon, Hronek.
Alternatively, there's multi-cat options for more blocks in Chiarot, Cernak, Borowiecki...

I see him as a 3rd pairing guy who gets PP2 work. Philly is deep on the blueline so his opportunities will be few and far between, and coming in to a new system isn't going to be easy.
With Gostisbere having Covid to start the season, that might just open up some more ice time for him to keep be up 5 on 5. Hard to say.
