A: Yes, event #8 (27 seconds into first period!), then event #165, and HIT by Staal on Fabbri (event #166), faceoff event #211.

Jan 21/21:
Alex Ovechkin, Ilya Samsonov, Evgeny Kuznetsov and Dmitry Orlov were placed on the list on Wednesday night and the NHL fined the Capitals $100,000 for violating league protocols. Looks like they will all miss 4 games:

The other three will be sidelined for "contact tracing" issues of hanging out with him when not permitted.
