Fantrax Cash Pool. Seeking opinions on roster move (rep)

So I drafted a $25 H2H point pool in Fantrax last night. 1yr pool

point system for forwards: 4-g, 3-a, .25-sog .5-h, 1-+/-, 1-PPP

You start 5F 3D 2G - 6 BN

I'm pretty pumped about the draft.

F - Huberdeau, Mantha, Matthews, B. Tkachuk, Zibanejad
D - S. Jones, Krug, Rielly
G - F. Andersen, Merzlikins,
BN - Bjorkstrand, Hoffman, Kaprizov, Vrana, Hughes, Demko

My conundrum... my bench consists of 5F 1G. with only 5F starters there's no way I'll lose games played every week..
So... who do I drop from my bench skaters to pick up a 4th Dman.

I realize I am likely taking a fantasy point per game drop with a Dman post-draft. That said it's really mostly bonus points as it will be mostly gp I wasn't going to get.

or - with unlimited moves. I just roll it into a waiver churning slot from day one.

stick with your bench, you'll likely still get adequate games played without a 4th d man streamer

All Fantrax leagues are weekly lineups, unless I'm mistaken?

You should 100% be dropping Vrana. His ceiling is too low to be worth stashing in this league where there are always quality forward streaming options available. You're also vulnerable at the goaltending position, so I would drop another forward and pick up another goalie so that you have 4.

Edit: I would drop Hughes or Kaprizov for a goalie. Matthews, Zibanejad, Tkachuk and Huberdeau are guys you should be starting every single week (unless Huberdeau stays away from Barkov long-term) and you only get 5 starters. You don't need this many forwards stashed on your bench.

Dropping Vrana for Chabot is the right move. Thank the fantasy hockey gods and fingers crossed. Failing that, I think you keep it open as a FA spot.
