Yeah... the Nedeljkovic move doesn't make a ton of sense to me.
Even more weird is that Nedel & Forsberg shared the net for the Checkers in '19-'20.
They had similar SV%... both playing 25-30gp.

I'd have to think somebody from the Checkers told Waddell to make this move.
I don't get it.

We'll see if he clears - he shouldn't he's better than a number of teams 3rd goalies, and at least one guy who is intended to be in the NHL this year.
