Looking for ranking and comments for these top 8 free agents in the 7+ million cap hit bracket. Or give me your top 3-5 from the list.

For reference, examples of top players in this range include the best players in the league, like McDavid (12.5) or Matthews (11.634).
Low end in the range could be anyone who signs for tons and then underperforms, like Duchene (8). My league is pretty shallow (only 200 players drafted) so someone like him will never be drafted.
Available free agents in my league will land somewhere in the middle. They are:

If you want to look more for a 2-3 year window, it's probably Hall.
