I might have to go back and find some old posts and give the ole knee-ner knee-ner to some who disagreed with me that he has the skill to be a productive NHL asset.

I often think about doing that he never do. I hadn’t even given him a thought until you posted about him. I went and looked into him. Nice point out so far for sure!

^If the Leafs don't beat OTT tonight and top line gets scored on twice... yeah, it's over.
I'd have to think the Leafs bounce back... but the youth these days absolutely flies up/down the ice.

I have alot of stock in the top leafs so this has been a disappointing so far minus Tavares.

If it means they go back to their previous lines and PP1 unit im down

We need an update here... 'cause I haven't been watching the Leafs closely.

Q1: What is the Leafs record with Thornton out of the line-up?
Q2: Who has been filling in on that top line with him out?

    Thanks.

Generally been Hyman with Matthews and Marner. Mikheyev with Nylander and Tavares I think, but I haven't noticed that line combo as much.

Knowing Keefe, and the cushion the Leafs should have, I think they do put Thornton top line when he's back. Just Thornton doesn't really fit anywhere else.

I think putting him with Tavares and Nylander may actually work a little better.
