I've got a lot tweeners that make this pretty close. My team has always been in the mix but over the years it has continued to degrade. I would consider blowing this team up however almost all of my competitors traded away their first 5 rounds of picks while I have all of mine.

Center always seems like an easy hole to fill and I think this setup gives me the most flexibility to roll into youth with Chabot/DeBrincat.

I would try and trade pacioretty away and keep Monahan or Mrazek.
I am terrible with goalie decisions and it depends on who remains but with saves as a category you could get a strangle hold on goalies if you draft another goalie since most of the other teams don't have picks early
And the cgy stack is nice right

I'd keep Ehlers over Debrincat, especially with Chicago looking for centers to play.

I agree with swapping out Debrincat for Ehlers.
How many teams are in your league? What kind of goalies do you think will be available in the draft? I ask because you say a lot of teams have traded their first 5 rounds of picks, maybe you could swap Jarry for either Monahan or Pionk, whoever you want, and then you could upgrade on Jarry during the redraft. Goalies will likely be more voodoo than ever this season imo, so depending on which other goalies get kept there could be more value in keepeing another skater.

I'm always surprised at how many goalies get kept (often 2 of 8 for most teams) which makes this strategy very risky. If I put Jarry back he will be the best goalie available.

Ehlers starting the season on the top line is encouraging. I was hoping I could redraft him more easily as yahoo has Debrincat at 92 overall and Ehlers at 164. I'm still torn on this
Guez, Malkin, Linholm, Gaudreau, Jarry, Chabot I think are locks.

You know your league better than we do, and if you think Jarry goes super early if you toss him back, then you need to keep him.
I think DeBrincat has issues this year with Chicago's center problem. If Monahan went round 1 last year, I think I keep him and not Ehlers over DeBrincat.

I went with Max Pac and Monahan.
My reasoning being that Ehlers will likely not see power play time again and my odds of redrafting him are higher. I also like having additional exposure to canadian teams as I believe that division will be essentially pond hockey. Having the calgary stack could be a path to victory. I'll also echo with the above posters in that DeBrincat could be in for a tough year.
