Who would you rather have Demko ( i have Jarry and Lehner but could use a 3rd as a prospect to bring up and down)

    Or N.Suzuki ( I have Eichel , Hischer , Kuznetzov and Monahan)

Im looking for most valuable now and in the future for a potential deal

    Thank you

Generally speaking, I take the forward over the goalie all things considered. Goalies value fluctuates so much it's too difficult to predict for my liking. I'd go with with Suzuki.

With that said, if your fellow managers tend to over-value goalies (and youth), then I wouldn't blame you for taking Demko and leveraging him into more.

I will normally take the goalie over the center. Yes, goalies can be finicky but centers are easier to find than goalies.

if they both reach their potentail i think Demko has a chance to be top 5 G and suzuki be lucky to be top 20 C.

i do think however that Suzuki reaching 70+ points consistantly is about 60% chance where Demko has maybe 1/5 chance to be top five goalie.

So as often with prosects, more sure but also safe thing would be to take C, more risk/reward is Demko

How big is the league, and how many start at each position? (which is easier to replace)
Are there other rules for minors systems where a prospect has to be brought up after X number of games?
Are you contending starting this year? (I don't expect Demko to have a huge impact next year, just the one after)
