My first idea is to step on this deal, but if I receive Crosby, I will need to drop Kuznetsov.

As much as Crosby is still one of the best I would pass on this deal. You have a great rookie keepers. The picks your getting are a downgrade also. Then you lose kuz to make room for Crosby.
If you can not replace those rookie spots with talent I would pass

Prospects are also include in your roster. All players who are less than 22 years old are considerated propects. So the 10 prospects can include players not already in the NHL and players playing NHL now.
We can keep 6 veterans (22 years old or older) and 10 prospects (less than years old)
11 teams - Pts only - 6 keepers + 1 goalie + 10 prospects (at most 22 years or at most 164 GP if more than 22 years)

Crosby is probably my favorite NHL player, and still (my opinion) top 8-10 talent in the league for this season and next. That said, I do NOT make this deal. Basically, you give up Kuznetsov plus all the young talent listed?? Nope.
