I’d tend to agree, it’s just Dobber’s projections in the guide favour Debrincat substantially. I like to trust Dobber, however my gut is saying Nylander as well.

I just think Nylander has 90pt potential and becoming a perennial pt/gm guy. Whereas I see ADB as a 70-75pt guy with 80+ highs.
The surrounding cast is glaringly different

If what you are saying is true, that Dobber`s projections favour Debrincat over Nylander substantially, I have two comments:

    1. Are you sure you are not confusing Dobber`s projections for Alex Nylander. instead of William.
    2. If not, then Dobber`s projections are out to lunch.

In leagues where goals are worth more, I take the Cat. For strictly points only, I’m taking Nylander hands down.

i think they pretty close but i want Willy here...we will se but i really liked his game second half of last year..time will tell if he can build on that. Im dont think he ever be PPG guy but consistent 70 is likely and im not sure it is with Debrincat

Agreed. I watch quite a few Toronto and Chicago games. Nylander is on another level than Debrincat.

Just looked at my copy of the guide. Dobber has them within 3 pts and 3 goals of each other and both on PP1. So pretty darn close.

I was more so referring to the upside and 3yp. Not so much next season’s numbers.

Still not that far off - 10 points or so. I lean Nylander here as well.

FWIW. I don't think Dobber's out to lunch.

I just disagree with his Nylander projections.

I just think there's another level we haven't seen from Nylander yet... but it's coming.

if dobber was 100% right on each player then we would not need these forums for discussion they taking their best guess just like the rest of us...i find that lots of it is based on previous season very often. Hardly ever is player expected to produce more then 10 points over previous season. They play it safe quite often, which is right approach to the guide like that.

for us, fantasy junkies, its important to find that one or 2 players that explode every year...dobber guide will not help you with that.

FWIW, THN has Debrincat projected for 30-38-68 and Nylander for 34-37-71.
