    Default NHL.com’s top 250

Ok, back to hockey. Hopefully we’ll all have fantasy drafts to talk about soon.

My question here is which players were disrespected most on the NHL.com’s 250, put out this morning. My entrants to this are Oliver Bjorkstrand at #158 and Sean Monahan at #131. I hope my opponent-GM’s rank them there !!
CONDORS, 2022-23 league champions, Reg Dunlop Mem Cup

12-team, H2H. Keep 12, but drop 2 of top four skaters, and also 2 of next six, then five more (from end-of-year rankings). One GK max.

    Stutzle, Sergachev
    Keller, Doughty, Verhaeghe, ErikssonEk
    E.Lindholm, Barzal, J.Gaudreau, Huberdeau, S. Wright

Thanks. Before I criticize anything, I would need to know their criteria for their rankings.

    From NHL.com...

Standard fantasy categories: goals, assists, plus/minus, power-play points, shots on goal and hits for skaters; wins, goals-against average, save percentage and shutouts for goalies. Value has been quantified based on factors including but not limited to past production in the regular season and Stanley Cup Playoffs, line combinations, defense pairs, power-play usage, team goalie situations, anticipated start volume, projected goal support (or lack thereof), injury history or concern (INJ. - players who could miss the start of this season), age, contract status (2020 unrestricted free agents: *; restricted: **) and overall upside for the 2020-21 season. These rankings are a collaborative effort by Pete Jensen and Rob Reese.

Matt Grzekcyk at 246 also seems “off.” PP1 in Boston?

Far from a guarantee I still think.

    Others I think are low:
    Debrincat at 134
    Hronek at 228
Gustafsson doesn't make the list. Maybe he shouldn't, but I don't know that Provorov is PP1 with him and Ghost under contract. One will get used methinks.

Puljujaarvi immediately after Keller seems a bit optimistic for Pulju.
Ditto with Kiviranta immediately after JHughes. Kiviranta's big game is gonna get him very overdrafted if this is any indication.

Dahlin was mentioned, but I'm doubling down on that one. If the Norris wasn't such a lifetime achievement award, I think I'd put a wager down on him winning this year. Got a feeling he might find himself near the top of the Dman scoring race.

I dont have a problem with that one. He still has to earn that spot and McAvoy could end up being the guy running tht PP for all we know.

Both you and Axe are in my fantasy league. If I’m taking “Grz” early, you’ll find out then. LOL
