Acquire Laine, Boeser or JT Miller?

Owner is shopping one of Laine, Boeser or JT Miller. as they are fringe keepers for his team.
Our league has some tricky keeper conditions but whichever I acquire would bump one of my fringe keepers.

So I could ship a Gusev or Kubalik likely with a draft pick for Laine. but I would then need to bump one of my keepers to protect Laine, likely Couture? but my Centers are weak spot.

The chance to acquire a Laine is tempting.

My Current 8 Keeper list:

Malkin,

Werenski,
Couture,

Prospect Protected Keepers: Shesterkin, Hughes, Gusev, Kubalik, Tuch, Buchnevich, Johnsson, Tomasino, Hronek

I'd go for it. I'd likely keep kadri over Couture anyway. If you can improve that last spot with a Laine or Miller I'm all for that move.
Also if moving one of gusev/kubalik opens up a prospect spot for kravstov, that's not a terrible thing either, on top of the upgrade of your keeper list.

If he is trading you Laine he will be wanting a keeper back or a prospect keeper back or top draft pick. Can he keep all those guys. You may have to try a 2 for 2 to make it work. Depends how high the draft pick is. would try and keep Gusev and Kubalik. He is in a bind as he needs to trade somebody or lose them for free. Keep your draft pick and try Couture and one of the prospects - who knows what he is looking at, let him know he will lose player for nothing then. He can then retrade Couture for draft pick?

yeah good move...i also would not keep Grubs here..keep another forward.

Turns out another manager swooped in a overpaid in a big way for Laine - so i missed the boat on that one.

def looking to get younger on my keepers this year for sure. If i can upgrade Grub i will, but we all start 3 G in a 14 team league so Goalies are at a premium.
