Solid player. Good for him.
I always love it when the 7th round picks make it to a pay day to secure them for life. (if they manage it well).
Teams still need D to log some ice-time and not give up opps/goals too easily.
20min/GP last year. His +6 actually landed him second in Cats +/-, behind Ekblad (his D-partner).
Those two numbers alone are worth $3m, IMO. Keep the pairing together!

Im a fan as well. He was a horse in Jr when he played here for the Mooseheads and has only improved since turning pro!

I was drooling when Weegar to the Leafs rumours swirled before FA opened. sadly... they turned out to be just that.
Still makes him very viable in 12+team cap pools if you need 6D
