Dell has to go through waivers to get to the AHL, Hutch is a safety blanket to losing Dell I would think.
Also if they do a taxi squad, it would likely include a 3rd goalie with no cap hit implications, so if that happens, Dell = No3, Hutch is AHL no1, with Scott and Woll being in AHL at the same time getting starts.

Two year deal, Leafs need to expose a goalie in the expansion draft. They would only have Campbell at season's end. Now they expose Hutchison

not a lot of G's you can stick straight into the AHL with that number of NHL starts.
