So here is an update on all moves made with this team I recently rook over (Signature)

Trade 1: Out> Dadonov , Schmaltz , 2nd 2021 FOR>…….. B.Neilson (FOW), Matheson (Blks Hts) & Hinostraza (Potential top 6)

Trade 2: Out> Grzelcyk, Dermott FOR>…... 1st in 2021 + 4.6M$ cap space

Trade 3: Out> W.Butcher + 3rd in 2021 FOR>…… A.Martinez (Hts + Blk)

Trade 4: Out> J.Campbell, Y.Trenin + 2nd in 2021 FOR>….. A.Raanta

Trade 5: Out> Voracek (8.5m$ but PP and A's) FOR:>…. Virtanen , Vesalainen + 3rd in 2021 and 6M$ in cap space.

Dropped: T.Thompson , C.Sciveour, Kahun … PICKED UP:> Zaitsev (Ht ,blk) , A.Watson (Hts) , Anisimov (FOW , Shots)

Thoughts?... Im rolling the Dice on Raanta getting traded and not being injured

Can't say I love any of the moves really. Some are even/ok, but that's about it.

I feel like you moved out talent and G/A/P for peripheral stats, which should be easier to obtain. I don't really think you won any of those trades.

Your strength is your D, but with 10F slots vs 4D, D value is suppressed. Using your SKT slot for a D doesn't make sense. You're losing value there. In deeper leagues I tend to favour forwards who provide better production overall, especially when the wire gets super thin.

Overall I think you hurt your team and it likely won't contend for a playoff spot. Fringe if anything.

Honestly most of these trades are bad in my opinion.
The Raanta deal is bad. You are either counting on him being traded or Kuemper being traded. Also hoping for Raanta to bounce back and be healthy.

The other trade that has flopped hard is your Grzelcyk, Dermott trade. This looks bad right now. However it could turn in your favour depending on who you draft and who you sign with the cap space created.

The Butcher trade could have been ok if you didn't have a 3rd pick going the other way and no pick coming back with Martinez.

The only player acquired I like somewhat is; Anisimov.

Hope with this cap space you are brining in a legit top 6 forward to help you.

Trade 1: I like it if it's Brock Nelson, as he's pretty well rounded. Matheson is very overpaid - hope he starts hot, and you can flip him.

Trade 2: Depends on whom you draft, and if Grzelcyk doesn't take the #1 PP job and run with it. If you gained the ability to go above the cap it may be okay, if you take on salary that can help you, but you also got soem bad contracts among these deals.

Trade 3: Awful. A pick and a player for a guy who is essentially a waiver add caliber guy. Find these guys on the wire.

Trade 4: Awful, unless Raanta goes somewhere else and gets a lot of playing time. More expensive player, minor upgrade at best, and paying to do it.

Trade 5: I think you did okay here. You gave up the best player, but can make moves with freed up cap, if you haven't blown it.

Adds/drops: See how you got hits/blocks here? That's why you didn't need to deal for Martinez.
