I'd like to grab one of these 5 and stash them for a year or two for when I will need them.

Turcotte is my #1 choice of all those players.
One thing you need to realize about Dobber's rankings is that he places a greater importance on NHL readiness often at the expense of a player's ceiling than many other analysts do. There are pros and cons to this.
