a guy in my league is desperate for Lucas Raymond...big wings fan he says. he has offered the following players...

Do I keep Raymond or grab one of these players? My team is lower end of the league

Or combine a couple lower prospects...

If he's desperate, put your heel on his neck and make him bend to your will. Do a 2 for 2 where he gives you Cozens and Perfetti for Raymond and someone not as great.

If that's not available, then you might consider Cozens instead of Raymond. Cozens looks pretty strong to be a high-end player in the NHL.

Geez. I’d love to deal with a desperate GM. Let the guy know that you think Raymond is all that, you woulda taken him at 2nd overall. You m-I-g-h-t accept Cozens, but wow he’s not really Lukas Raymond. Maybe, maybe if you got that 1st round pick for next year. Or maybe if you did the 2-for-2 (as above). But don’t do this without you getting a plus.

I like this...Cozen's + Perfetti + his 1st .. for your Raymond + a lesser prospect and your 2nd... SQUEEZE HIM!!!

Yeap- Cozens was the name that jumped out to me. I like what Senryu suggested.

I'd send out Veleno or Hague first. Try Veleno and point to his 2018-2019 where he put up 104 points in 59 games in the QMJHL and say how nice it would be to have Veleno dishing to Raymond a year or two from now.
