    Default Klef, Gryz, Pelech

    To me: Klefbom 27
To them: Grzelcyk 27+ Pelech 26

    Main considerations in my mind:
Klef's "great" contract for 3 more years
Grz PP1? if not, then likely will be relatively over paid ... can put deal on hold until he receives a new contract
Pelech likely overpaid in 1 year as 'better' in real life than fantasy
    At 17 & 18 fp/g neither Gryz nor Pelech have been 'good' fantasy producers. Waiver D is 12fp/g, 5/6 D of a winning roster is 17fp/g (#90 D of186 rostered D)
    Klef - #42 D in league last year, 23 fp/g
    Grz - #63 D
    Pelech - #151 D

I should know more about if Klef is a real PP Dman and EDM's go to PP1 Dman of the next 5 years.
Grz is at least a PP2 Dman ... who has remaining unprojected/undervalued upside (?)

Klef is the better player, but injured for likely a substantial part of next year. Is there enough discount, if any, for this fact (?)

    Skater - 25 point, 2 PIM, 1 Hit, 2 Block, +/- 10, TOI 0.2/min, Special team points +5, Fight 5

Grz has upside and I get the desire to move Klefbom but Ive been talking myself out of bad offers all week too- and thats what this is unfirtunately- not horrible but still decidedly bad. If he wasnt injured would you consider this? Of course not.

My advice just sit on him until 2 or 3 weeks into the season so you can see how youre faring sans K-Bomb. Then if you have to make a decision consider deals like this (guarantee it will still be there down the road :P ).

    He would be acquiring Klef?

I’m not sure about this one. Gryz May be in for an uptick in PP time now that Krug is gone. Alternatively Klef now has Barrie to contend with and is injured for a significant amount of time.

I would be trading away Grz and Pelech
    I would be receiving Klefbom

Not me thanks, too much risk all around. Kelfbom: injury (and it's not even an injury, it's a chronic pain issue) and Barrie, Grzylec maybe ending up on PP1. I'll take the quantity over (possible) quality here.

With Klef out you lose this deal next year. After that though, this feels like a big win for you long term. So the question to me is are competing next year? If yes keep what you have, if not take the deal,

    I wouldn't do that.

You lose this year, for sure.
The way the dominoes are falling, the Bruins may be filling that PP1 D spot in-house. If that happens, you might see Grzelcyk as the PP1 D. With that and a possibility of Barrie re-signing, Bouchard being ready, or Klefbom not coming back at full strength (or ever), I feel the downside risk is too great.

    I agree it's high risk ... I don't like unknown trades
