Fairly easy reschedule plan in this case, but this really restricts their already incredible limited flexibility.
So the NFL has officially postponed the game and the recent news is that Week 4 will be the bye week for both teams.
The NFL will need to make changes to the schedule for future dates. This becomes more complicated as the byes were supposed to be Wk 7 for TEN and Wk 8 for PIT.

Terrible job by the NFL not having a contingency plan in place and scrambling to figure this out on the fly.

They thought they did have a contingency plan.... and that was Next Man UP approach. But they obviously did not learn anything from the MLB.
Hopefully whoever the Titans or Steelers are supposed to play in Week 7 or 8 have a bye week in one of those weeks as well to make it all work out.

Easy rescheduling, for now. If the Minnesota game also has to be cancelled, or there are any further issues with the Steelers or Titans (or any of the future teams the play), things are going to get messy fast.Adam Schefter @AdamSchefter
Most likely scenario, as @ESPNStatsInfo proposed, is this, per sources:
• Move Steelers-Ravens from Week 7 to Wk 8 (Steelers & Ravens on bye in Wk 8)
• Move Steelers-Titans from Week 4 to Wk 7 (Titans bye is Wk 7).
This is contingent upon no more positive tests in Minnesota.
Sucks for PIT since they've been practicing all week, I'd hardly call it a "bye"
@SmittysRant
Well, I have no idea how they'll do this if it happens in week 12. Superbowl is scheduled, I can't see them push it back a week to play a "week 18" for a make up week between the end of the regular season and start of the playoffs

More positive tests for the Titans again today. At this rate they might not be playing week 5 either.
I think its rumoured that if there's 1 more player who's positive week 5 is postponed, or a very high chance it is.

So Ravens are now affected by all of this. They were supposed to have a week 8 bye. It is highly likely that the bye gets moved up to week 7 and the Ravens-Steelers that was supposed to be then will be week 8.
Ravens Bye moves Week 8 -> 7
Steelers-Titans move to Week 7
Steelers-Ravens moves Week 7->8
Think it still needs to be confirmed but the likely scenario.

It’s already confirmed
What's wild to consider is this incident doesn't inoculate the Titans/staff from another event in say week-10. What happens then?
@SmittysRant
Newton tested positive.
Chiefs practice squad QB tested positive
Chiefs vs Pats game postponed to possibly Tuesday. Bye week's make it more difficult to reschedule than the Pitts/Tenn game
Titans might even be cancelled next week now. Not a good look.
