Dubois/Hart,Vas,Samsonov,Shesterkin

I’m looking to acquire a high end goalie and I am getting some bites around giving up Dubois(potentially adding picks to it) for one of Hart/Vas/Shes/Samsonov. I’m trying to deal from a position of strenght(Fwd) to add to what I deem a weakness

Would trading Dubois for any of the mentionned goalies and if so which ones(maybe ranked for those you would)

Is it a cap league? I'm surprised Vas is on the table if it's not, and I'd definitely trade Dubois for Vas. But don't panic about your goalies either. Saros will step into #1 in Nashville next season, and you have both (for now) Colorado goalies plus Holtby as a UFA (and I don't see him signing to be a backup). With the condensed schedule next season, I believe most teams will rotate their goalies to prevent injuries, so even Vasilevksy won't play as many games as he has in the past. Expect there to be an even load between the 1A and 1B goalies next year, which lessens the need for a bona fide star. That being said, here's my list anyway:

do you have any of these deals on the table or you just hoping you can do it? if i was other GM (with goalies) i would be asking for some other of your skaters before PLD.

Having said that, i would do it in this order: Vasilevsky, Shesterkin, Samsonov, Hart...

Not a cap league. Dubois might not be enough for Vas..I’m thinking of Dubois+Debrincat for Vas or Shesterkin? Is that too much?

I can prob acquire also Samsonov for Dubois straight up, would that be better?

well, if you are making the deal, I'd want Vasilevskiy, even if it means giving up Debrincat as well. Though I suppose that is somewhat dependent on who you replace Debrincat with on your roster.

Shesterkin may be a good option, but Vasilevskiy is more of a guarantee. As high as most are on Shesterkin, I keep saying over and over again that we have seen many highly-touted goalies struggle to start their NHL career, so I'm not 100% convinced he will immediately be a star goalie. I'd certainly take a shot at him if there weren't better options available, but it just doesn't get better than Vasilevskiy so I'd try for him first.
