I damn near took him with the previous SJ pick, and to be honest, in hindsight, I probably should have because I dont think SJ passes on him there, but I got blinded by the center position and took the smaller Russian. Oh well, it works out.

Mine ((OTT)) was between O’Rourke and Grans. Similar size, similar attributes, both will need to put on 10-15 lb and not lose a step of quickness.

Personally, there is no pick for the moment that I go:"Thats awful".

I think that Holloway is a bit too high.
I wouldnt pick Grieg in the first round.

The Holloway pick is not based on fantasy but on real life and who I think the Oilers will actually draft. There's a lot of buzz around him and the Oilers scouts I f you believe half of what you read around the Oilers circles. I personally don't think that's too far off where you'll see him go next week but we'll see.

Pronman seems to think that the Oilers are taking Holloway. This is his second mock where he has the Oilers taking him.

I’ve heard from scouts around the league that Holloway has a decent chance to go to Edmonton but also not to rule out Prince Albert defenseman Kaiden Guhle at this slot either.

Greig has supposedly told the Flyers not to draft him.

His father is a scout for the Flyers and has told his dad that he would prefer to not be drafted by the Flyers.

I like this attitude and think he is the type of player that a top team from last year will take a chance on in the last bit of the first round. Like a contending team that needs more cheap role players to keep the window open. Like Washington
