Ya, he needs out of Buffalo to be relevant, for sure. Never understood why they traded for him when they already had Dahlin in place. Made no sense.

having Dahlin in place should not stop anybody from trading for Montour. He will not be #1 D with great offensive upside with any team...they got him as 5-6 and maybe hoped for 4 but so far he has been 7 at best.
