I enjoyed that too. It really was a huge goal, 8 seconds away from OT without Point and not much in the way of momentum. I'm rooting for TB in the east so I was loving it. Would have been much better with the excitement of a lie crowd, but it is what it is.

I really like Cooper as a coach and this team has paid it's dues over the past few playoff seasons. They loaded up and have depth pretty much everywhere...plus, does it really look like they miss Stamkos!? Go Bolts!

Stamkos, Killorn and Point OUT for Tampa. They combined for 33% of Lightning goals in regular season.

Keep 20/25 at seasons end, Cut 5 to FA for redrafting
    Goalie points W=2pt L=-1pt SHO=2pt

Stamkos, Tavares, Eichel, Mercer, JRobertson, RThomas, Kucherov, Nugent-Hopkins, Tuch, KConnor, Necas, Point, Konecny, SJarvis, Cozenz, Morrissey, Bouchard, Josi, Novak, Tolvanen, Peterka, Brink

I thought they played much better in game 2 , which they lost .

they seem to be in Vasilevskiys head a bit after game 3 though

    Congrats to the Isles.
That was a great run... to hang in there with TB... to almost win without Pelech.
    Incredible. Season to remember.

As for TB... Hedman's gotta be in serious running for Conn Smyth now.
    9 goals for a D-man... +19.
For me, that's more impressive than Kucherov & Point... but most hockey (fans &) voters are usually forward-centric people.

If TB wins cup and he gets to 10goals & +20... those will be numbers hard to miss.
Of note: Bo Horvat actually still leads the NHL playoffs with 10 goals. Eight others are at 9, including Hedman/Point/Gurianov/Pavelski.

Historical question (which I don't know answer to, but which I'd guess the only possible answer could be "Bobby Orr"):
Q: Has a defensemen EVER led the NHL playoffs in goal-scoring?

I think Points injury has slowed his chances at the Conn Smythe and Hedman has taken the lead as well.
