I rate them like that (in no order):

    Transcendent:
    Crosby
    McDavid
    Ovechkin

    Superstars:
    Draisaitl
    Matthews
    Eichel
    Mackinnon
    P.Kane
    Carlson
    Hedman
    Pasternak
    Panarin
    (maybe missing someone)

    Elite:
    Petersson (on the verge)
    ...

Elite are players that are sure top line or duo in almost any NHL teams

Superstars are players you can't tell the story of multiple season without talking about them.

Transcendent are players that you can't tell the story of the NHL without talking about them.
31 TEAMS keep all multi-cat (lot of them) dynasty
Offensive stats : Goals, Assist , PPP, PPTOI, SOG...
Defensive stats : PKTOI, BLKS, TakeAway, Giveaway...
    (basically best NHL player)

After Miller's 47 point season with TB in my AAV cap dynasty league as I didn't want to pay more than $5M for a sub-50 point player, even though he does contribute in the hits department. Good thing for me that no one else wanted to take him off my hands and I decided to see how it panned out in Vancouver. Sometimes the best moves you make are the ones you don't.

I like the way you put it. I'd change Transcendant for Franchise though haha :P

I guess JT Miller is just at the perfect spot. I can't think of a better fit for him right now. Kind of like when Taylor Hall won the cup in 2020-2021 riding shotgun with Mackinnon and Rantanen. I come from the future I wasn't supposed to share this but I feel like you guys deserve to know.
