Default OETTINGER is he can't miss?

Times not a factor- looking at kubalik and oettinger for bob. Maybe a pick in there? But I'm also curious but picture cause I may make a different offer with prospects. I own point too who seems like a solid own in his own right...

Oettinger is a goalie prospect - which means you need to go shake your Magic-8ball

There's no such thing as a can't miss goalie prospect.

Trading Bob for a prospect goalie seems like a quick way to stay a rebuilder...forever....

Things are lining up a little bit for him, but I would want something more concrete in return for Bob.

Khudobin is a FA this season and if he signs somewhere else then that leaves an opening for Oettinger to come in and be the back-up and maybe play his way into a starting role.

Are you willing to wait another 5-6 years to find out? I figure it will take long before we really know the answer.

Oettinger in not the goalie horse I'm going to hitch my wagon to. Easy pass on this.

There are no can't miss prospects. That said, he seems reasonable.

He's a decent prospect, but there are better options that are closer to the NHL. If you're moving Bob, aim for Jarry, Samsonov, Elvis, or something similar.
