Ristolainen carries too much risk - so he's last on my list here.
With regards to the other two, it depends on where your team is now. Doughty is undoubtedly the better hockey player, and he has no competition for quality minutes. But he's 30 years old, and playing for the Kings, who have no turnaround in sight. So in terms of fantasy hockey, he's a stable choice, but his best has likely come and gone. Fox is only 22, has shown great offensive upside, and plays for an up-and-coming Rangers team. But he's competing for ice time with Trouba and DeAngelo on the right hand side for the foreseeable future.
So if you're in a win-now mode, I might lean towards Doughty. But anything longer term, give me Fox.
