Oh I don't doubt this is going to be chippy by the end even without that hit by Schenn.

JT Miller didn’t take warmup. Then less Canucks in ice time for forwards in the first period. My best guess would be equipment issue?

Ouch, that's a bad goal against on Binnington.

Tough to win a game when your goalie gives up 3 goals on 5 shots in the 3rd period.

Does Berube switch to his better goalie for game 2 or does he give Binnington another chance?

Blues were outscored 6-0 in the third period in the round robin, trend continued.
Be smart to switch up the goal tending.

Great first game but Binnington should of probably had at least two. So that puts us at 3-2 and that last power play goal probably doesn't happen if we weren't protecting the lead. So the game was a lot closer than the score. The thing is were not going to sweep the Blues, at least I don't think so anyway. So the Canucks are going to have to go through some adversity and losses.

I have the nucks in 6 so definitely not thinking sweep. A positive for the nucks is Markstrom was solid. What's impressive is the nucks have 7 players with at least a point per game so far and leading the league in pp goals i think.

I don't care who wins this series, but I will watch with interest. I suspect the defending Stanley Cup champs will not be an easy out.

Hard to not cheer for the Canucks, even though I'll never hear the end of it work from all the bandwagoneers.

Probably the best series to watch this far of this round. Tons of excitement.
