Landing place Lafrenière?

What is the best landing spot for Lafrenière?

We don't know who between Colubus and Toronto would be the last pick so I decided to include both teams for the poll.

I picked Florida simply because that's what the instincts said. Then I thought about Luigi's comment on collusion and considered Bettman needing to keep hockey interesting in the South.

But personally, holding the 1st overall pick this year in my draft I'd like to selfishly see Lafreniere in EDM beside McD, WPG because they develop their players best (have you looked how many players they have drafted are in their starting lineup? Crazy!), or TOR although I would be so upset cuz I can't stand watching the Leafs - yet good for points.

I will say he will benefit most from playing in Pittsburgh, the centres there get the most out of the wingers. Id rather not see another first round high pick get wasted in Edmonton.

Stop talking about Edmonton. They got all the 1st pick during the last 10 seasons, and still eliminated in first round ( was even not a first round).

Toronto will have no money to pay him.

I really think he could make some damage in CLB, with Dubois, why not. Every great F appreciate to play with a great center, and D's who can put the puck on the tape every time. Jones/Werenski are one of the best D duo in NHL, if not the best...

Minnesota - The best spot for NHL equality
Edmonton - The best spot for him personally getting to play with a Mcdavid.
Winnipeg - the best spot for most fans. Not landing on a top team like Pittsburgh or Edmonton, but also not on a bottom team that doesn’t have players to line him up with.
